Mountain Town Foods - Mountain Town Foods is a packaged frozen foods company based in Bend, Oregon. My name is Jenn and it’s nice to meet you here! I’m from Maui, Hawaii where our honorary mountain is Haleakala (House of the Sun).
I named my company “Mountain Town Foods” as a subtle reminder to live with humility and respect. After all, we’re living, working & playing on the slopes of sacred mountains (whether Central Oregon or Hawaii) My debut product, Happy Patty®? is inspired by a recipe my best friend & I made together countless times for many years. We called them “nutburgers.” They were so deliciously memorable, something you’d think about and crave later. Feeling they should be enjoyed by everyone, I developed the recipe into what it is today. I know you’ll love Happy Patty®? as much as my friends and I have over the years. We have other gourmet products currently in the works, such as a vegan patty that harnesses my Japanese culture in its flavor and depth. All of the food we make to share with you is gluten-free and vegetarian. It's made in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Our company also carefully strives to represent the value of "Malama" ("to care for," in Hawaiian). In our packaging decisions, creating new plastic is not an option for us as the world has too much already! You will see this reflected in every product we bring to market.
Rawmona's - At Rawmona’s Kitchen, our mission is to celebrate and honor the deep connection between food, nature, and art—a relationship rooted in tradition, creativity, love, and magic. We create delightful treats in small batches using organic, wholesome ingredients. Our food is free from gluten, dairy, grains, soy, refined sugar, seed oils, and artificial colorings or flavorings. We infuse every bite with loads of love and a touch of magic, drawing inspiration from the deep connection to the Earth passed down by my ancestors, honoring sacred ingredients like corn, cacao, vanilla, and chile, all while having lots of fun. But this isn’t just about delicious food. This is about remembering where we come from—the stories, the land, and the hands that taught us. The ingredients we use are symbols of Mexican land and its spirit, and we honor the magic + sacredness in fruit, corn, cacao, vanilla bean, and chile. Since the time of the Mayan civilization, and to this day, food plays an integral part of Mexican culture, spirituality + rituals. From family meals to larger ceremonies, gatherings and altars for Dia de Muertos, there is always a reason to cook, gather, eat, celebrate + enjoy the simple moments that make life magical.
