Cascades Cannery was born from the simple truth that Central Oregon grows more good food than often makes it to the table. Each season, local farms pour their effort into cultivating vibrant vegetables, fruits, and herbs, yet weather, market swings, and logistics often leave thousands of pounds of perfectly good produce at risk of going to waste. 

Cascades Cannery is a nonprofit preserving what matters; local food, small farms, and community food security. We are transforming seasonal harvests into shelf-stable foods that nourish Central Oregon year-round and keep farmers visible at every step.
