Husband and wife team Bombaci Handmade Pasta was born from a desire to bring handmade pasta to your table. Invigorate your meals with stuffed pastas made right here in Central Oregon!

Gabriel and Annette make truly premium pasta from local ingredients, including eggs from Goodspeed Family Farms and seasonal produce from local farms including Boundless Farmstead and Rainshadow Organics.

Bombaci uses local ingredients as often as possible and believe in making premium and handmade local products accessible. They strive to embolden the home cook and inspire and educate without barriers.
